Subscription Cancellation Email

I refreshed Miro’s subscription cancellation email, updating the design and copy to explain what would change when a plan expired. I also added a prominent reactivation button, giving admins a clear way to return to their plan from the email.

    Clearer Messaging

    Simplified the copy so the cancellation status and expiry date are easier to understand.

    Important Information Surfaced

    Brought the key details about what happens after expiry directly into the email instead of hiding them behind another link.

    Added a prominent reactivation CTA so admins can return to their plan directly from the email.
